Is this the same hotel as Dreams Las Mareas?

Yes. The resort at Playa El Jobo was rebranded as JW Marriott Costa Elena Resort & Spa. Same property, same drive, same fixed price — if your booking still says Dreams Las Mareas, this is your transfer.

Is this the same as JW Marriott Guanacaste?

No, they are two different hotels and the drives are nothing alike. JW Marriott Costa Elena is at Playa El Jobo in the far north, 90–95 km away. JW Marriott Guanacaste is near Tamarindo, in the opposite direction. Tell us which one you booked and we quote the right route.

How far north is it?

It is 90–95 km from Liberia Airport, near Playa El Jobo up toward the Nicaraguan border — about an hour and a half to two hours of driving.

Can we combine it with a beach town later in the trip?
